Bill Germanakos is "The Biggest Loser" Winner! So Are the Products and Services Promoted on the Show!

Bill Germanakos,competed on the show along with his twin, Jim. They were the first related contestants to compete against each other on The Biggest Loser (related contestants previously appeared as teams on special editions).  Bill took home the 250,000 dollar grand prize, but his twin won 100,000.00. The biggest winner was probably 24 Hour Fitness, and all the other product placement companies that viewers saw on the screen each week.
