Bush Heckler German Talis Punches Cerebral Palsy and Wheel-Chair Bound Victim Maureen Levitro after Her Father Tells Him to Shut Up!
First Lady Laura and Jenna Bush had just finished a book signing on Tuesday, when they were leaving a 92nd Street Y when the incident occurred. German Talis was yelling obscenities at the First Family members while they were exiting the store. Wendy and John Lovetro had brought their wheel-chair bound daughter Maureen to see Jenna Bush, and when Talis was hurling the insults- John Lovetro told Talis to shut up. According to the NY Post- Talis allegedly punched Maureen who has been a fan of Laura Bush since meeting her in 2004. Talis was charged with assault. Why he hit Maureen instead of John Lovetro is anyone's guess.
