Update: Nick Hogan was taken into custody and will serve 8 months in Pinellas County Jail. 5 Years Probation after his sentenced is served, 500 Hours of community service and revocation of drivers license for 3 years. Hulk Hogan's son, Nick faced the judge on Friday May 9. Hogan's reckless driving seriously injured his passenger John Graziano in traffic accident in August 2007. Graziano who will need 24 hour care for the rest of his life.Nick plead no contest.- accepting the sentence the judge imposes Celebrity has its perks, but in this case, perhaps Celebrity will realize they are still people- responsible for the actions.
