Two Nascar Officials suspended and sent home from Kentucky Speedway are the same two accused of exposing themselves to a co-worker for the Nationwide Series, who filed a 225 Million dollar suit against NASCAR. "A person familiar with the investigation" said Tim Knox and Bud Moore were the two officials- NASCAR would not comment.
NASCAR sent a legal and HR team to investigate the claims of Maucia Grant after the suit on Thursday and Friday interviewing 27 people. Once again, the days of the Good Ole Boys and Running Moonshine are dead. NASCAR is BIG BUSINESS and the urgency in which NASCAR handled this lawsuit, should be an example to other major sports !organizations@
