Years ago Penthouse Magazine featured a series of Penthouse Advisor letters where readers (or Penthouse editors) wrote letters about the attraction to those of the opposite and same sex with disabilities. Who would have thought that tonite, July 1, 2008, the BBC would program, a break-through first-of-its-kind Top Model competition with beautiful women that happen to have disabilities?....In a reality base setting as well? This on the same day that Katie Couric and the CBS Evening News won The Edward R. Murrow Award for Best Newscast. Just Mind Boggling....but back to Britain's Missing Top Model.....
According to the ABC story:
Kelly Knox was born without a left forearm. Lilli Risner is deaf.
Debbie Van der Putten is missing most of her right arm. Jenny Johnson
is partially paralyzed. Here's the deal Contestants pack into a Chelsea penthouse and, over the course of three
weeks, get whittled down through a series of challenges. The prize: a
high-fashion photo spread in the British edition of Marie Claire
magazine.
