Her license plate spelled T-R-O-U-B-L-E, and that is what Elizabeth Ann Kommes is in after trying to bribe a Wisconsin Police officer with Sex and 10 Grand. She is charged with drunk driving, driving with a suspended license, and bribing a public official. People still think this is the south in the 50's.
