Amazon.com.uk announced today they will be the exclusive sales agent for J.K.Rowlings new book The Tales of Beedle the Bard, Collector's Edition to be released December 8, 2008. Amazon describes it as: a very special book of five fairy tales illustrated by the bard herself, embellished with silver ornaments and mounted moonstones. The price is 50pounds, or about 98.00 US.This should keep the cash rowling in for Ms Rowling and Mr. Bezos. I am sure that Bookstore chains are just estatic about this Amazon Exclusive.

Um, can I just just point out, that, as you charmingly said, "This should keep the cash rowling in for Ms Rowling", um, actually, no, 100% of the money spent on the books (yes, including Jk's royalties!) is going to a rather fortunate charity.
