What started as a lewd behavior crime, turned into a full fledged prostitution operation. I was drawn to the story because it was posted originally as a 23 year old woman had sex with an underage teen girl to satisfy her boyfriend. But in my quest for truth- many stories came up about Douglas A. Winberry, 50, Colby R. Watson, 36, and Lindsey J. McKeehan, 23 of Meridian ID.
