Tragedy struck for Scott Naper, he had brought the love his life Leafil Alforque, to Proposal Rock near Neskowin Beach OR. The two had met on the internet in 2005, and Naper and Alforgue were 10 feet from the rock, when a 3 foot high wave swept over Alforgue, 4 ft 11, she was pulled out to the sea. Rescue workers couldn't find the body. Authorities no foul play is expected. What a tragic story.....
