Erin Andrews Peephole Video! Her Lawyers issues a Statement!

The alleged video of Erin Andrews has ESPN and her lawyers looking for the culprit, and the search for it online is massive. I saw the 6 second video....and agree that it would have made for good internet fodder...if it was legal and she approved of it......but she didn't. For the record it is a crime. No matter what the celebrity status of someone is, there privacy should not be violated like this.

This is a statement from Erin Andrews attorney...

“While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent. She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similarly violated in the future. Although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material. We request respect of Erin’s privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities.”

RIP- Gordon Waller of Peter & Gordon Has Died!

Gordon Waller, one half of the singing duo Peter & Gordon died in his Connecticut home at the age of 64, of cardiac arrest.  Condolences to his Family, Friends and Fans.....I remember the music well.

RIP - Walter Cronkite! I remember your May 4, 1970 Kent State Broadcast

There are going to be many many stories about Walter Cronkite, so as I was driving home listening to the obit from CBS on the radio...I thought back to Kent State. The killings had just taken place, and students were on the commons, and the Guardsmen told us "Campus was closed, Leave by 5PM".  So I grabbed my girlfriend, and her friend, and whatever belongings I could get into my car, and drove home to Cleveland. I didn't know how big and sensational the story of the Kent State shootings were...until at my Mom's house, we turned on the CBS Network News, and the lead story from Walter Cronkite was the shootings at Kent State.  That day, and really that broadcast had a significant effect on my life.  He was a true pioneer in broadcasting, and as I said on Buzzfeed, a whole generation will miss him.

Melvin Critney's Family Digs His Grave to Save on Funeral Costs!

A sad story, but a somewhat happy ending.....Father Melvin Stewart said that his son who died at the age of 15 of cancer left an indelible mark on the community. But the family didn't have $5000 for Melvin's funeral.  That is why...when the the funeral home said the family could save $300 if the dug the grave themselves they went for it. Louisiana State Troopers heard about the plight, and "felt compelled to help".

Police Seek Christopher Neil Bjerkness - Accused of Rubber Excercise Ball Slicing Fetish!

I am sure there are stranger fetishes, but Christopher Neil Bjerkness was identified on security footage as the person who has breaking into Health Centers and clinics, and slicing the large rubber exercise balls with a knife. Police are aware of Bjerkness, as he has been convicted of his "fetish" in the past. If I was in the Twin City area, I would be keeping my rubber balls in a safe place!

Salvador Pachuca Sees Virgin Mary in Bird Poop on Truck's Side Mirror!

Amazing but True...Salvador Pachuca of Bryan, TX came home after 4 months recovering from a car accident, when he noticed on his truck, that a bird has left some droppings....and those droppings were that of the Virgin Mary. Pachua doesn't use the truck much, and the family has decided to remove the mirror, and keep it for others to see.

Boyfriend Posts Facebook Pictures of Topless Nun! It's His Ex-Girlfriend!

A 31 year old Italian woman, who is in a convent to become a nun, has repeatedly asked her ex-boyfriend to take topless photos he posted of her down from Facebook. He has refused. The woman and boyfriend are not named, nor have any pictured surfaced online.
