Angel Arce Torres, 78 Hit and Run Victim in Hartford, CT! Cars Drive By! No One Comes to Help Him! Howard Beale is "MAD AS HELL"

The Connecticut Department of Tourism ( if there is one- since they have no Disneyland, no Branson- only Greenwich and the WWE Hall of Fame) has to do some damage control about this story from Hartford. Angel Arce Torres, 78 was crossing an intersection when he was victim of a hit and run, now he is paralyzed. The offending driver never bothered to stop- That isn't bad enough- while lying in the street, cars whizz by, pedestrians avoid him- all this caught on video tape. The video shows a dark Honda chasing a Toyota when the accident occurred.

What gives? Connecticut officials reacted with "We Have No Regard for One Another". Are the folks in Connecticut so preoccupied with their own lives not to help someone in need?
