Is Lance Armstrong Coming Out of Retirement for Tour de France 2009? Velo News Says YES! Hollywood Actresses Say NOOOOOO!

There have been a lot of witty comments about Lance Armstrong coming out of retirement, but the Velo News story has not been confirmed by USA TODAY yet.  Perhaps that is why the collective Hollywood Female community is so down today... With all the steroid scandal plaguing the Tour de France- Won't it be nice to have a Champion like Armstrong return??
