Jersey City councilman Steve Lipski Pisses on Concert Crowd From Balcony of DC Club

Another story about a person who can't find a bathroom quick enough, and decided to pee in public:

This time it was a Jersey Council person Steve Lipski peeing on a concert crowd from the balcony of the 9:30 club in Washington, DC.  Lipski was at the club watching a Grateful Dead tribute band. He was arrested and charged with simple assault. Lipski told another councilman he had spilled a drink from the balcony, but employees said they saw him urinating.
