Leafil Alforque, Swept Out to Sea during Scott Naper's Marriage Proposal!

Tragedy struck for Scott Naper, he had brought the love his life Leafil   Alforque, to Proposal Rock   Small_leaLarge_beach1   near Neskowin Beach OR. The two had met on the internet in 2005, and Naper and Alforgue were 10 feet from the rock, when a 3 foot high wave swept over Alforgue, 4 ft 11, she was pulled out to the sea. Rescue workers couldn't find the body. Authorities no foul play is expected. What a tragic story.....
