The Lego company has been in the news recently with two stories 1) The European Union has stripped Lego's of their Trademark thus giving rival Mega Blocks the ability to market their interchangeable blocks to the marketplace without fear of future lawsuits. The Daily Telegraph
But the story this headline is referring to is the Terrorist type Lego figure customized and for sale by Brick-Arms. The figure that is getting the complaints according to the UK Sun, is Mr. White( or as the Sun calls him- Osama Bin Lego) a figure that looks like a terrorist, holding a pistol, machine gun, with bombs strapped to his waist. The Brick-Arms web site has alot of customized military lego minifigs. I am assuming the Lego's execs are not happy about this type of exposure.
-----------
'the figure that is getting complaints'? According to whom? This is the SUN we're talking about - not necessarily a paragon of journalistic excellence. Contrived scandal gets them readers, it is that simple.

Yeah I have to agree. Brickarms has sold thousands of these Bandit figures and so far I've seen five people complain about them. That kind of ratio is a crank, not a controversy. Maybe people shouldn't be getting their news from a paper that has a nudie centerfold.
