Comcast's Quirky New Dream Big Ad! Combining Live-Action and Animation!

Last night during some cable show- I believe it was HOUSE, I saw this mesmerizing ad for Comcast, and today, I decided to try and find it for a post. It was amazing, I could watch it repeatedly without tiring of it. The integration of live-action, and animation is leaves me spellbound. The only problem is I have Time-Warner, and am wondering why Comcast would buy a spot on Time Warner.
