Thomas Prusik-Parkin Poses as Dead Mother, Irene for 6 Years! Shades of Psycho!

Right out of Psycho....Thomas Prusik-Parkin told police that since he held his mother Irene in his arms when she died..."and breathed in her last breath, I am my mother"  So for six years Prusik-Parkin posed and dressed as Irene, and defrauded many federal, state, and local goverment agencies to collect monies. Prusik-Parkin started the scheme, when he gave the wrong Social Security number to the mortuary, so there would be no record of her death.
