U.S. Soldier Leon Batie Jr. Returns from Afghanistan to Find Subway Took His Franchises and Money!

This is the thanks our soldiers get for fighting for freedom. U.S. Army Reservist Leon Batie Jr. upon his return from fighting in Afghanistan found that the two Subway franchises he owned had been stripped from him and sold to insiders making someone other than him a 100,000 profit. Shameful....for whatever the reasons were!  Batie is suing Subway...and of course Subway had no comment!

In fact Franchisepick.com is having a drive to send Jared the Subway spokesperson to Gitmo!
