Plants & Planters Install Security Cam to Catch Thief! It's a Monkey!

A string of plant thefts at the Richardson TX Plants & Planters store saw the owner install a security cam, hoping to catch the thief in the act. Much to the surprise of everyone, after the last theft, the thief turned out to be a monkey, who would pick up the plants and pass them over the fence. No charges will be filed against the monkey. Maybe he was looking for a little foilage where he lived?
