Police Officer Ronald Fithen filed suit against the Gahanna (OH) Police Dept for "defamation and harassment, after his wife Beth appeared in Playboy's Sexy Wives for issue of Playboy Magazine in 2008. The Chief and Assistant Chief repeatedly asked for autographed copies from the defendants, and the couple feared retaliation if they didn't comply.
What did the Fithen's expect? Everyone to ignore the article and pics? This suit will just bring added publicity!
