How Netflix Works....and Why You Can't Find Their Warehouses on a Map!

Thanks to OS&RR for this article. I didn't realize Netflix employees had to sign confidentiality agreements, allowing them to say who they work for but not the location of their employment. An insightful article from the Chicago Tribune.
