Wisconsin Lawmaker Fred Clark Runs Red Light Hits Cyclist- Caught on Tape!

This video was taken from inside of a bus, and shows a cyclist on a green light traveling thru an intersection...when WHAM....a SUV driven by Wisconsin lawmaker Fred Clark ran the red light knocking the cyclist over.
