Lynn Creech Fails to Pay $1,000 Reward for Lost Dog! $15,000 Lawsuit Ensues!

Lynn Creech lost her dog 'Wilfred the Chihuahua', and offered a $1,000 reward for his return. Now Lynn doesn't want to pay the finders Carmen Dominguez and Sheila Miller the reward, because Creech states that because Dominquez "whistled" for the dog, suggesting it was 'stolen'.  Pay the $1,000 Lynn!!
