Not a good day for Cindy Schwalb, as she was arrested on disorderly conduct charges for cursing in the hallway at her daughter's school principal- Edward Bocar! The back story on this arrest is Cindy's 13 year old daughter had her sweatpants pulled down by a bully at Hasbrouck Heights Middle School- and Cindy wanted the Board of Education to address the bullying issue- What set her off may have been one of the questions- from an insensitive (at the time) board member- "Was your Daughter Wearing a Thong?"
----------
She did better than I would have. There is such a thing as "righteous indignation" and apparently the principal and superintendent haven't got a clue. I'll bet if it had been their daughter(s), he wouldn't have asked her if she was wearing a thong. Idiot.

Fox news also states how she had apologized directly after her comments. It is totally understandable as the super asked if her daughter was wearing a thong. I would have jumped at him if I were in her position. The super needs to learn some people skills. It was her daughter who was the victim here.

I think these two 'men' need a little moral justice. Maybe if we could do a little more of this, we would see more people take personal responsibility. Anyone know them?

I personally know Cindy from growing up with her son and living right down the street from her. She's one of the sweetest people I have ever met and I can understand as to why she got so upset. She doesn't deserve what she's going through..She's only trying to protect her daughter like any good mother would. The school needs to pay more attention to what these children are doing. And since when do people get arrested for cursing?? Its crazy. Cindy's a great person and I hope this all works out the best for her.
