What a nightmare with a TimeWarner Cable representative tonite. All I wanted was information on Wideband service in my area. When I truly couldn't understand the representative through her thick accent. I asked to speak with someone else. I was told there was no one else available- and that I could understand her. Then I requested a supervisor- and was told that one was not available. All the time I was calm and collected- despite the continuation of the CSR saying I could understand her- but couldn't. To know avail- I was put on hold twice- and didn't get the wideband information I had wanted. I don't know if Time Warner is outsourcing their CS division- but for a CSR to argue with a customer is wrong. I think a call into COO Robert Marcus on Monday would be appropriate. As an aside, I also was attempting to chat online at the same time- but after an hour- I started at number 4 in the queue, and was still second in line. Haven't had this much fun on a Saturday night since......well it motivated me to write a blog post!
