Another Jesus sighting reported, this time in a refrigerated tub of tomato sauce in Scranton, PA. Mary Louise Salerno found the image last week, but hesitated to tell the media or many of her friends- as she felt the image was a clear sign- and didn't want critics . The tub has since been scrubbed clean but a vision of the image lives on.

Nowadays cashiers are able to put the name of the buyer on a receipt in a fast food eatery....So when Karl Mayberry got his receipt and it said BIGBLACK....he was offended....especially after checking another Pizza Hut and found that a name can go in the same place. Pizza Hut offered Mayberry 2-$ 50 gift cards and an apology......maybe a course in sensitivity training for employees is needed....

Krystals- the midwest fast food hamburger chain- held a Facebook contest with the winner, Tracy Hale being inducted into the 2009 Krystal Lovers Hall of Fame class and getting her picture on the side of a hamburger box. Far be it for me to talk about being overweight- but The Tennessean post shows Tracy Hale in 2005 eating a Krystal's hamburger in her wedding gown- and there is a picture of Hale today, a few pounds heavier. I shake my head at this story because Hale loves Krystal's and Krystal's loves Hale- but does this article and marketing campaign send the right story to the consumer? Am I missing the point?

Phoenix's Paradise Valley School district believes that there were other Phoenix locations which could have accomodated the large group of 40 students other than Hooters!! Mary Segall, suspended for this action, will be retiring this January, so this may not be that big of a deal. But is this overreaction from the School District?
