The District Attorney was happy the judge gave Sandy Binkley, 37 the maximum sentence in this case where Binkley, a math professor had sex with a 17 year old teacher's aide in the locker room of Portland High School (Tennessee). Binkley originally told police she was raped. Now she will have a long time to think about it. Her attorneys are appealing the sentence. Check out the video-the rush to judgement may be unfair!

Sorry everyone, but the mugshot makes this story....not the fact that the affair between Ashley Jo Beach and the former 13 year old student was going on for some time, but they caused enough ruckus in the bushes, someone called the cops.
There are some funny quips, I could write teachers having sex with students isn't funny. Remember innocent until proven guilty.

Now this is an alleged sex with students story with a twist..... Helper Junior High Teacher Melissa Ann Andreini has been arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 15 year old male student.
The hook to this all-too-familiar story is that Andreini allegedly paid the student between $1400 and $1500 dollars after the encounters according to the Salt Lake Times. Authorities are trying to determine if the payoff was for the sex, or hush money.....
But wait there is more....another Helper Junior High teacher is also being investigated for illegal activities.
